Ridiculous. On every level. According to the Swamp’s Cleveland residents, the most bizarre thing? He’s building that 35,000 square foot monstrosity pretty much right in the middle of an existing neighborhood. That probably breaks every rule in the ridiculous out-sized mansion owners handbook.
