The Dallas Mavericks are 59-11

They just finished up a 6-0 road trip. They have won seven straight again. That was six wins in a eleven days on the road, by the way.
They have 12 games left, and if they go 11-1 over that stretch, they will finish with 70 wins. A quick scan of the schedule shows games at Phoenix, Denver and Golden State (don’t laugh, they are Mavs kryptonite) left, so 11-1 looks difficult at best.
Still, damn. Nice regular season, to say the least. Course, they don’t win the whole thing this year, the entire campaign is a disappointment. No excuses. They need to bring home a trophy to validate their excellence.
