Weaver the younger

I’m not sure which is more awkward in this video:

a) the size of Jered Weaver’s ears,
b) Deion Sanders’ grey beard,
c) the way in which they try to act natural talking about their products, or
d) the fact that Weaver prefers to play the video game that he is not on the cover of.

Here’s my question for Weaver. You have ears that rival Mitch Albom’s. Why emphasize them with the over-the-ears haircut? Also, there is not an older-looking player in baseball. That guy is at least 54 years old.
